Account deletion

Profile → Settings → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm; if two-factor authentication (2FA) is on, enter your code. Deletion happens immediately and you're signed out.

Sign in at kolhubz.com → Settings → Security → Delete account. The steps are the same as in the app.

Your account can't be deleted while you have an open deal (awaiting funding, funded or delivered) or an open dispute: these must be settled first so that money in escrow is never left without a counterparty. Your sign-in account (Privy) is deleted too. If you have a Privy in-app wallet, move its assets to your own wallet first; after deletion that wallet can no longer be accessed.

Account and sign-in: your email address, your sign-in account (Privy) and the sign-in methods linked to it, two-factor secrets and recovery codes, notification and push records. Connections: verified social accounts and their access tokens, exchange API keys, wallet addresses, agent keys and partner webhooks. Profile: display name, profile address, bio, avatar and portfolio; company name, description, logo, website, job title and corporate email. Content: the text and attachments of messages you sent, your offer notes and decline reasons, your application texts and reference links. Your open listings are also closed and your pending offers expire.

Deals and their terms, payment and escrow amounts, on-chain transaction IDs, milestones, dispute records and evidence, reviews. These are also the other party's contract records and can't be deleted unilaterally; a "Deleted user" pseudonym replaces your name, and the name at the time of a deal stays only in that contract record. Transactions and wallet addresses written to a blockchain are permanent by nature; no one, including KOLHUBZ, can delete them.

Deal, payment and dispute records are kept for as long as statutory retention obligations require (generally 10 years for commercial records), then deleted or anonymized. Security and error logs are kept for a limited time and purged regularly. Requests sent with the form are completed within 30 days at the latest once account ownership is verified.

Enter the email linked to your account. If you signed in without email (with X or a wallet), add your X username or profile address in the note. We'll write to you to verify ownership.
