What this index says, and what it does not
- — The index is the segment MEDIAN of creator-level proven CPMs computed from deals PAID through escrow; declared prices are not included.
- — Each creator counts ONCE per segment; a single high-volume creator cannot drag the index.
- — Segments with fewer than five creators publish no number (privacy + statistics); the row stays as "insufficient sample".
- — Reach = API-verified account measure (measured views where available, otherwise followers); declared followers do not count.
- — The index is not market ADVICE but a TRAIL of realised payments; it does not separate factors outside niche/platform (content type, duration, exclusivity).
- — The document is frozen at generation; its digest is anchored on-chain by the notary. No second document is written for the same period.
